Fresh tomatoes marinated with basil & extra virgin olive oil served over grilled ciabatta bread and drizzled with a balsamic reduction

Fresh soft mozzarella layered with ripe tomatoes, sweet basil, & fresh cracked pepper over a bed of mixed baby greens with balsamic & extra virgin olive oil

WEDGE SALAD  ~  9
A wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with red onions, croutons, toasted walnuts, bacon, and crumbled bleu cheese dressing

GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR  ~  11
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, parmesan cheese, & Caesar dressing, with a grilled chicken breast
